Oi gente tudo bom ?
Pra quem não sabe, nesse tem pinho em que fiquei parada sem treinar, eu tive um ganho de gordura na parte abdominal, e mesmo treinando a quase um mês, esse excesso ainda não diminuiu.
Sei que muito vão dizer que é muito cedo pra isso mas pra mim não é sabe pq ? Porque meu biótipo é de ectomorfa, ou seja, meu metabolismo e acelerado e perco peso com facilidade. Mas essa pancinha está me incomodando, e muito!
Daí conversando com alguns amigos marombas, cheguei a uma conclusão que não parei pra pensar mas que faz todo sentido e quero passar isso pra vocês.

Pois a água limpa tudo que não serve para nosso organismo.
Comecei a beber 3 litros de água por dia hoje é o segundo dia que aderi ao consumo ALTO de água.
E já posso adiantar que vi uma pequena diferença na pança haha.
